Our software partner has notified us that support for My Home is being discontinued. My Home will be replaced with a new system early in 2019.

As a result, new users cannot register for My Home until the replacement is available. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Existing users are not affected by this issue and can access My Home as normal.

Welcome to My Home. Our self service portal that helps you to take control of your tenancy, by accessing your account whenever you like, at a time that suits you. 

My Home is provided is in addition to being able to contact us via the Customer Services Centre during our opening hours.

My Home is currently only available to existing users.

A replacement to My Home will be available in 2019 and we will re-launch the service at that time.
