Licensing Online - EU Services Directive
What is the EU Services Directive?
The EU Services Directive is a new European law, which came into effect on 28 December 2009. Its purpose is to break down barriers between countries in the EU. It will make it easier for service providers, particularly small and medium sized businesses, to offer their services to customers in other EU countries, whether establishing elsewhere in the EU or providing services remotely from the UK. Further information can be found on the government Business Link website UK Welcomes Business.
