What happens after I report my repair online?

  1. You will receive an automated email confirming that we have received your report
  2. You will also receive an email from us giving you a job reference number and telling you the Priority of the repair
  3. You will be contacted by our Contractors or Maintenance Inspectors to arrange their visit
