How can I view the Hazardous Substances Register?

Under the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990, if a site contains more than a certain quantity of hazardous substances then it is necessary to obtain consent from the hazardous substances authority. Section 28 of the Act requires the Council to maintain a public register of sites at which hazardous substances are permitted to be located. The Councils Register is held online and can be accessed through the online application pages using "Advanced search options - including appeals" on search page and then search by application type "Hazardous Substances".
