Missed collections

Missed collections of rubbish or recycling can be reported to customer services on 023 8028 5000, option 4

Recycling and rubbish sacks should be put at the edge of your property by 6am on your collection day. 

If it did not contain anything unsuitable, such as heavy or hazardous waste, you can contact customer services on 023 8028 5000, option 4.

You can also report a missed collection by using the New Forest In Touch mobile app.

We aim to collect missed sacks within one working day.

Household glass box

Your black box should be placed just within the boundary of your property by 7am on your collection day.

If your box was not collected and it did not contain any unsuitable items, such as drinking glasses, you can report it to customer services within 48 hours on 023 8028 5000, option 4.

Garden Waste

Your garden waste sack should be put at the edge of your property by 6am on your collection day.

If your bag was not collected, and your crew have not left a card explaining why, you can report it to customer services within 48 hours on 023 8028 5000, option 4.
