Coronavirus: We are following government advice and updates about any impact on our services will be added here as soon as possible:

Car Parks

Town and village car parks will remain open for use in line with the current guidance and we have suspended charges for three weeks (will be reviewed) to help the large number of volunteers in obtaining essential supplies for those who are self-isolating or are vulnerable people.

You are asked to avoid using our coastal (amenity) car parks where charges will still apply, as part of actions to enforce social distancing and the Government's Stay Home instructions.

Parking clocks:  Please note refunds will not be given for parking clocks for this three week period, but we will consider extending the expiration date of the Clocks depending upon the duration of this suspension.

Parking clocks - we have suspended sales of parking clocks until further notice

If you are parked in an NFDC car park and are unable to move your car and exceed the parking duration for reasons associated with Coronavirus, this will be treated with sensitivity if you need to contact us about any Penalty Charge Notice you may have received.

Notices are being placed in all our car parks.

We operate 51 car parks. With 1,438 short stay spaces, 4,671 long stay spaces and 257 disabled spaces. The location of car parks and charges can be viewed using our interactive car park map. All our public car parks are governed by our Off Street Parking Order which can be viewed here.
