Applying for a Land Charges Account

 

An account will be created once we have received and checked your application form.  An incorrect or unsigned application will not be accepted.

An email will be sent when we have processed your application showing your account number which is to be used when you apply for a search.

Please allow 10 working days for your application to be processed.

A monthly invoice will be dispatched with a list of the searches requested in the preceding month.  Settlement of the account can then be made by cheque, debit/credit card or BACS payment and must be made within 28 days.  In all instances the searches undertaken must be paid for, even in cases where the conveyance is not completed.
