We do not bear the cost of all repairs

Where tenants, visitors or pets, have caused damage (e.g. broken window) or been negligent (e.g. locked out of property) the tenant will be responsible for the cost of the works to rectify the problem.

You will be advised that a repair is rechargeable when reporting the repair and an indication of the cost will be given.


Void Recharges

When a tenant vacates a property they are responsible for clearing the property and repairing any damages caused.

You can be recharged for the removal of rubbish left behind, damaged caused by the tenants, visitors, etc, to the property or misuse of the property plus any other costs incurred by us through the tenant's actions or non-action.


Recharges for Damage Caused to Maintenance / Improvement Works

If maintenance / improvement works are carried out to your property, e.g. replacement doors, windows, etc, and it is found that the tenant or visitors, etc, have caused damage to these improvements, an estimate for the repair of the damage will be obtained and the tenant will be charged for the cost of rectifying the damage.
