Overdue Repairs

We insist that our Contractors complete 90% of all non-urgent repairs within the stated times, (between 3 hours to 4 weeks, depending upon the urgency of the repair).

When you report a repair you will be advised of the Repair Response


If the repair has not been done in the time stated, we would ask you to contact us and we will pursue the matter with the Contractor.

We intend to carry out repairs as effectively as possible, but it is not always possible to do them within the stated time. This may be because of the sickness of a tradesman or the parts required for the repair are not available.

If you feel dissatisfied with the repairs service, it is important that you contact us to discuss the matter.
