Customer Services Centre - service enquiries

Customer contact centre Our Customer Services Centre handles a wide range of enquiries for different services, including:

  • Waste & Recycling  - refuse collections, garden waste, glass collections, booking a special collection, sharps collections

  •  Health & Leisure - booking classes, swimming enquiries

  •  Housing - reporting repairs, rent enquiries

  •  Grounds Maintenance - reporting grounds maintenance issues

  •  Street Scene - reporting flytipping

 

The Customer Services Centre is open

  •  Monday - Friday        08.30 -   7.00pm   ( 5.15pm - 7.00pm for Health & Leisure only)

  •  Saturday                     09.00 - 12.00pm   (Health & Leisure only)
