Abdominal Conditioning

Aerobics
An effective workout that will leave you feeling re-energised. It can aid weight loss, increase cardiovascular fitness and improve coordination.  Aerobics is an ideal class to start with.

Aqua Aerobics
A water based workout which is effective for toning and raising your heart rate. Suitable for 12yrs+

Aqua natal
A water based workout for pregnant ladies from 12 weeks onwards.

Health Circuit
A low level circuit class suitable for clients with medical conditions and those progressing from other sessions such as Cardiac Rehab

Kettlebell

Please can we remind all customers that it is important to keep hydrated whilst exercising. Therefore, please ensure you bring along a water bottle for this purpose. Water bottle filling facilities are available in a number of areas throughout our centres.
