Trampolining provides challenging classes that cover a range of skills from seat drop to a double somersault. The nature of Trampolining and variety of positions and moves will improve flexibility, coordination and stamina. Each individual has the opportunity to develop their technique under the watchful eye of our advanced coaches and to gain badges and certificates from the British Gymnastics Award Scheme.
