Our experienced team of Swim Academy advisors will be available from 10.00am - 6.00pm Monday - Thursday, 10.00am - 5.00pm Fridays and on Saturday mornings 9.00am - 12noon and if we are busy when you call, we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
Academy enquiries can no longer be dealt with at the centres.

Have you registered on our swim academy Lesson portal?
Swim Academy children's progress is logged and recorded on our Swim Academy Lesson Portal. Parents can access this portal at anytime to monitor their child's progress. To login or register, click on the link below or advert opposite. All you need is the email address we have recorded on your child's account, and the number from the back of your child's swimming card.
I think that my child has been in the same stage for a long period of time, why is this?
It may be that your child is having difficulties within the stage, whether it's mastering specific skills or regularly achieving a certain distance. By visiting our Swim Academy Lesson Portal you will be able to see what tasks your child still needs to complete in order to pass the stage. There may be things you can do at home to help progression or we may be able to offer some more intensive teaching for a period to assist individuals. Can I speak to my child's swim instructor whilst they are on poolside?
No, because this could compromise the safety of other swimmers and delay the lesson start times. If the matter is urgent please speak to reception, alternatively please contact our Swim Academy administration unit on 023 8028 5509 or email email@example.com
What happens when my child passes a stage?
When a swimmer meets the criteria of their current stage, the Swim Academy Lesson Portal will notify you automatically via an email, enabling you to move your child to the next stage (subject to availability). This progression can take place at any time during the year. If however, a space on the next stage is not available or those available are not at a convenient day or time, please contact our Swim Academy administration unit on 023 8028 5509 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If your child is not able to move up a stage immediately, don't worry, your child's swim instructor will work toward the higher grades syllabus within the existing class until a place becomes available.
Why doesn't the Swim Academy break for each school holiday?
It is proven that progress made by swimmers through the traditional termly programme method is sporadic and swimmers often regress during breaks (school holidays). With more continuous contact time between pupils and instructors, swimmers will progress through the stages at a steadier rate. Therefore, to enable pupils to gain maximum benefit from tuition, we offer lessons for 44 weeks of the year as well as free public swimming to those 17yrs and under.
