Payment must be made at the time of booking for all activities, sessions and facilities by all members / centre users.

Bookings

In centre or by telephone
Fitness Direct, Swim Direct, Senior Active and Teen Active members can book facilities/sessions up to eight days in advance.
Customers who do not have a membership (centre users) can book facilities/sessions up to seven days in advance.

Online
Fitness Direct members can book facilities/sessions up to eight days in advance.
Swim Direct, Senior Active and Teen Active members can book facilities/sessions up to eight days in advance.
Customers who do not have a membership (centre users) can book facilities/sessions up to seven days in advance.

Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel a pre-booked activity / session may do so up to two hours prior to its commencement. These cancellations can be made online (if the original booking was made this way), by telephoning 023 8028 5531 or in person at the centre during centre opening times.

Where a customer provides up to two hours cancellation notice they will be offered a transfer to an alternative session, no refunds will be given.
If a customer fails to provide the minimum two hours notice, no transfer will be offered.
If a customer fails to attend an activity/session they will be charged the full standard price, if that customer holds a Fitness Direct membership they will be charged £3.00.

Court/facility Use

Courts/facilities can only be used for the purpose they are hired for.
Courts/facilities cannot be hired for third party use or for paid coaching/tuition unless agreed by Centre Manager.
Courts/facilities cannot be hired/used for financial personal gain.

NFDC reserves the right to change the programme, the instructor(s) and location of a class / booking without prior notice. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.
