Trampolining provides challenging classes that cover a range of skills from seat drops to double somersaults. The nature of Trampolining and its variety of positions and moves will improve your flexibility, coordination and stamina.
Please note - No jeans, flared trousers or jewellery are to be worn on the trampolines. Socks or trampoline shoes must be worn at all times.
