Young people from the age of 12yrs are welcome in our gyms.

Please note

  • All gym users under 18yrs must attend an Induction before they are permitted to use the gym
  • Those under 16yrs attending an Induction must complete a Health Questionnaire which also needs to be signed by their parent before/on attending their gym induction.  Click here to download under 16yrs Health Questionnaire [63kb]
  • Young persons under 16yrs are only permitted to use the gym if they are either accompanied by a user over the age of 18yrs or attend during the instructor supervised times (see below)
  •  Some age restrictions apply as to what equipment young persons can use (see below)

Instructor Supervised Times

Monday 9.00am - 1.00pm and 3.00pm - 7.00pm
Tuesday7.00am - 11.00am and 3.00pm - 7.00pm
Wednesday9.00am - 12.00noon and 3.00pm - 7.00pm
Thursday7.00am - 10.30am and 3.00pm - 7.30pm
Friday9.00am - 1.00pm and 3.00pm - 6.00pm
Saturday10.00am - 2.00pm

Please note that times may change at short notice due to circumstances beyond our control. Please always check with reception, that it is appropriate to leave your child alone in the gym.

Please can we remind all customers that it is important to keep hydrated whilst exercising. Therefore, please ensure you bring along a water bottle for this purpose. Water bottle filling facilities are available in a number of areas throughout our centres.
