Fitness Direct Member Facility

In order to use our GROUP FITNESS Class Book Online facility-
- We must have your current email address on our system. If we do not have this, or if you are unsure if our records up to date please call us on 0845 659 0845
- In order to login to our online booking system you must use the PIN (Personal Identification Number) you have been issued
(if you have not been issued a PIN or have forgotten yours please contact us on 0845 659 0845), and your health and leisure membership Card ID number (located above the barcode on the reverse of the card, if you do not currently have a membership card, please visit the centre to be issued with a card free of charge)
Group Fitness Class Book online Terms & Conditions
- As a fitness direct member you can book classes online up to 14 days in advance
- Age restrictions do apply to some classes
We will no longer facilitate waiting lists for group fitness classes. This withdrawal is due to staffing resource challenges and concerns that lists were not being managed in a fair and consistent manner.
Advice for full classes
Attendees are now able to cancel their class space up to two hours prior to the class start time and therefore customers wishing to check for last minute spaces are advised to either check online (if a Fitness Direct member) or call our information and booking line on 0845 659 0845 in the two hours prior.
Customers wishing to cancel a pre-booked class may do so up to two hours prior to its commencement. These cancellations can be made online (if the original booking was made this way), by telephoning 0845 659 0845 or in person at the centre during centre opening times.
Where a customer provides up to two hours cancellation notice they will be offered a transfer to an alternative session, no refunds will be given.
If a customer fails to provide the minimum two hours notice, no transfer will be offered.
If a customer fails to attend a class they will be charged the full standard price, if that customer holds a Fitness Direct membership they will be charged the member price.
NFDC reserves the right to change the programme, the instructor(s) and location of a class without prior notice. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.
