New Milton prides itself on providing great facilities in the local area offering a varied and diverse programme of facilities and activities. With a Fitness Suite offering over 55 stations, a separate free-weights Foundry, a Group Exercise Programme with over 35 classes per week, a 25 metre Swimming Pool - which is home to New Milton Swim Academy, a 4 badminton court main sports hall, Junior and Adult sports courses, Children's Parties, Holiday Activities, and climate controlled studios with mirrored walls there is something for everyone here at New Milton.
