Local Information Offices – postal addresses and opening hours

There are eight Information Offices located in Fawley, Fordingbridge, New Milton, Hythe, Lymington, Lyndhurst, Ringwood and Totton.

The offices are able to respond to queries on a whole range of council services.

Information Offices provide easy and well sign-posted access to information about services provided by the District Council, Hampshire County Council and Town and Parish Councils and the friendly staff are there to help you find the information you need on these and a range of community and other services.

We make every effort to answer your specific enquiries in one place and recognise that our customers have different and individual needs. Copies of information are available on request in a range of formats.

All Information Offices, except Fawley, have a TellyTalk link to concessionary travel within Customer Services.  This system enables you to have your photograph taken for your bus pass or vouchers.
