Return to Sport

Why not join a Have a Go course and try a new sport or get back into a sport you may not have played since school. Each course offers quality coaching and puts an emphasis on having fun as well as getting fit and becoming a better player.

Return to SportThere are opportunities to take up badminton, cricket, netball, rowing, running, swimming and women's football.  Sessions start from only £2 and there are opportunities throughout Hampshire.  Find out what Return to Sport activities are taking place this year by visiting the Have a Go section on the Sports Hants & IOW website.

Further courses can be found by visiting the following pages: Coaching Courses, Officiating Coaches or Generic Sport Courses.
