Fly-Posting

Fly-posting is the display of advertisements on buildings or street furniture and is not permitted by the Council. It can be difficult and expensive to remove and makes an area look untidy and uncared for.

If you see someone fly-posting, please make a note of:

  • the day and time you saw the fly-posting
  • what the poster was advertising
  • any telephone numbers or contact details on the posters
  • if possible - a sample of the posters being distributed

Remember - don't put yourself at risk!
