The Wealth Care Partnership scoops top New Forest award

The Wealth Care PartnershipThe Wealth Care Partnership, which has established a successful independent financial advice service specialising in long-term care, investment and tax planning, is this year's recipient of the prestigious New Forest Business of the Year Award.

Tim Anstee, who runs The Wealth Care Partnership with his co-founder Karen Rayner, received the top prize from the Hon. Ralph Montagu at the New Forest Brilliance in Business Awards held at Careys Manor Hotel last Tuesday evening (25 November).

The business also took first prize in The HSBC sponsored category for Best New Business.

The key development at The Wealth Care Partnership has been the production of an annual guide which is designed to help those who are going into care. The guide is available free, via their website, to anyone in the UK and has been extremely well received by the public, care homes, solicitors and charities.

"We are thrilled to have been announced as Business of the Year at this year's awards,"said Tim, after the ceremony. "The award reflects our hard work and commitment over the past year and will hopefully now be the platform for further growth over the next 12 months."

The Brilliance in Business Awards were established by New Forest Business Partnership (NFBP) to highlight the outstanding achievements of businesses in the local area. Awards are made in six categories which are at the heart of NFBP's philosophy on what contributes to a thriving and diverse business community.

New Forest Business Partnership chairman Barry Olorenshaw said: "The exceptional standard of entrants in this year's Business Awards underline the fact that the New Forest is home to a wide range of innovative, creative and successful businesses."

The New Forest Business Partnership was established to improve relations between commercial organisations and local government. Cllr Maureen Holding, New Forest District Council's portfolio holder for employment, health and wellbeing said: "The partnership promotes better business-to-business relationships, helping to build a stronger economy and to bring prosperity to the community."
The partnership is a forum for local business people to express their views, share their knowledge and experience, network with potential clients and suppliers, and help make changes that will benefit their business.
