New Forest District Local Plan - First Alteration - Policies Not Saved

The following policies of the New Forest District Local Plan First Alteration are no longer in operation - having expired and not been saved by Secretary of State Direction. Schedule of policies no longer in operation as of 26 October 2009 PDF Document

All other policies of the New Forest District Local Plan First Alteration remain in operation, until replaced by policies in the emerging Local Development Framework. Further policies will be superceded following the adoption of the Core Strategy as indicated in Annex 1 (pages 30-32) of the Core Strategy Inspector's Report.


Monitoring Report (December 2009) - £5 plus £1 p&p
