Parking Clocks

Parking clocks are season tickets that give discounted parking in NFDC car parks. They offer great value for money and you do not need to worry about having change. Use as often as you like - the more you use them the better the value!

Town and village car parks will remain open for use in line with the current guidance and we have suspended charges for three weeks (will be reviewed) to help the large number of volunteers in obtaining essential supplies for those who are self-isolating or are vulnerable people.

Our Amenity (coastal) car parks are open from Wednesday 13th May 2020. We recommend you pay to park by cashless parking payment (Parking clock or RingGo payment). Those who cannot use cashless parking can still pay to park using coins. Our ticket machines will be cleansed routinely throughout the day by our staff.

We remind anyone using our car parks to consider carefully the need for their journey and to continue social distancing and good hand washing.

Parking enforcement officers will be patrolling to ensure this car park is being used correctly and in accordance with the latest guidance.

Stay alert:

•             stay at home as much as possible

•             limit contact with other people

•             keep your distance if you go out (2 metres apart where possible)

•             wash your hands regularly

•             Self-isolate if you or anyone in your household has symptoms.

The display of a correctly set valid clock, will allow motorists to park in the relevant NFDC car parks without incurring a further charge. Holders of the clock are subject to the waiting restrictions which apply in NFDC car parks. Motorists who do not wish to purchase a clock can pay by mobile phone using RingGo or purchase a pay and display ticket from the ticket machine.

Parking clocks purchased on line will be posted to the address supplied and should be received within three working days.  A clock is only valid if displayed correctly in the vehicle.  If a valid clock is not displayed, payment must be made through the RingGo phone payment facility 01590 60 59 59, https://myringgo.co.uk/ or a valid pay and display ticket must be purchased and displayed correctly in the front windscreen of your vehicle.
