Danes Park, New Milton

We are working in partnership with Pennyfarthing Homes to deliver 61 new affordable homes as part of a larger scheme providing 164 homes known as Danes Park, New Milton.

The new homes are being built by Pennyfarthing Homes as part of their planning requirement to provide local affordable housing.

Located on the edge of the New Forest, the properties are set within landscaped and open space and are within just a short distance of town amenities and transport networks of New Milton.

The properties are of mixed tenure of 25 affordable rent, 13 social rent and 23 shared ownership homes for sale, compromising of a mix of apartments, and 2 and 3 bedroom houses.

The new affordable homes are to be delivered from Summer 2026 and final units anticipated to be available from December 2028.

Houses for rent applications

Homes for rent will be allocated to applicants from our housing register in accordance with procedures set out in the Housing Allocation Policy.

Shared ownership applications

Homes for shared-ownership will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.

Further details of the new homes and how to apply will be available in the Spring 2026.
