View the electoral register
The electoral register lists the names and addresses of everyone who is registered to vote in the New Forest. It is sometimes called the 'electoral roll'.
The electoral register is a public document, and is available to view under supervision at our main offices at Appletree Court, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA.
Make an appointment
20 minute appointments are available to view the electoral register.
To make an appointment, you will need to call the elections office on 023 8028 5445 who will be able to assist you.
Restrictions
There are certain restrictions in place when you view the electoral register:
- it is only possible to view the current published register
- you are only permitted to make handwritten notes
- it is not possible to make photocopies or take photographs of the register
- viewing the register can only take place under supervision
