Small community events on public open spaces
Many of our open space areas, including cliff tops and green space, are managed by New Forest District Council, so permission will be needed prior to holding your event. Complete an application form below.

If your event is likely to attract more than 200 people, requires licencing or has some high risk activities, you can find additional advice on our Organising an event pages.

Please email all completed applications to open.spaces@nfdc.gov.uk at least six weeks before the event.
We do not charge for this application, but please note your event must not impact the access or enjoyment of other users. Please Contact us if this is going to be difficult to achieve.
