• The construction of the road into the development is complete
• Other sections of road and parking are under construction
• Piling for residential plots due to commence

March 2025

• Development has commenced
• Land clearance has taken place
• The attenuation tank  (collects and temporarily stores excess rainwater runoff  before releasing it at a controlled rate, to prevent flooding and reduce the strain on drainage systems) has been installed
• The construction of the road into the development is underway
