April 2025

• No formal works have commenced on site to implement the permission
• Planting up of the Western POS (Public Open Space phase 1) has begun
• Archaeological investigation continues
• Farm animals and equipment have been cleared
• Fencing (perimeter and other) has been erected

March 2025

• There are conditions required to be discharged prior to works commencing on site
• Though tree and hedgerow removal has taken place prior to bird nesting season, the build has not commenced as removal of vegetation does not constitute development
• The tree and hedgerow removal:
  • was approved through the outline planning permission (20/10997)
  • significant new hedgerow and tree planting will be provided to mitigate this loss
