Warm spaces are free to use and will provide a warm welcome to all.

Some venues will also offer hot drinks, activities, and other services such as offering information and advice.

Warm spaces will be heated, safe, friendly, and neutral places.

Hampshire Libraries 

Every public library in Hampshire is offering a warm welcome to all members of the local community.

You can find:

  • a warm and vibrant space to read, work, relax and socialise
  • vibrant children's areas
  • study spaces
  • friendly and knowledgeable staff who are able to signpost to a range of organisations to help with the cost of living
  • free WiFi
  • free public computers
  • printing and photocopying for a small charge

Groups and activities are also being offered across Hampshire Libraries, including 'Chatabout' tables which encourage a safe, social space for people of all ages.
