Different individuals in the district have different responsibilities when to prepare and adapt to climate change.

The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Local Resilience Forum (LRF) brings together key actors that have a collective responsibility to plan, prepare, deliver and communicate multi-agency responses to a range of emergency situations - partners include emergency services, local authorities, government agencies, utility companies and healthcare providers.
